Frequently Asked Questions
Can I import my existing Excel list?
Yes. Bulk import for products, customers, suppliers via Excel/CSV. We help during initial setup.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Uses a local database. Internet is only needed for cloud sync and e-invoice. Sales continue uninterrupted.
E-invoice integration?
Yes, via certified e-invoice providers. If you're not registered for e-invoice, fall back to classic invoice mode.
Multi-branch support?
Yes. Local install at each branch + sync to central server. Manager sees all branches from one panel.
