Will our existing Booking calendar be preserved?
Yes. Initial setup migrates existing reservations into the system. 6 months of historical reservations are also brought across.
Is there a mobile app?
Web is already mobile-responsive. For richer mobile UX we build native iOS/Android apps (concierge, room control).
Police reporting integrated?
Yes. Auto police report on check-in (ID or passport). Manual filing is over.
Do you charge commission?
No, we provide the software. Booking/Airbnb commission (15-18%) you pay them directly. Our service is a flat monthly fee.
