1. Discovery (free, 30 min): Which software, what's missing, which workflow is blocked — we talk it through together.

2. Technical feasibility: Does the software have an API, is the database closed, is reseller approval needed — we clarify. Doable / not doable, we say honestly.

3. Fixed quote: Once the scope is clear, fixed price. No surprise costs.

4. Development (1-6 weeks): Usually 2-3 weeks. Complex projects 4-6 weeks. Weekly progress demos.

5. Testing and go-live: Test with your data, user training, smooth cutover.

6. Maintenance: Monthly small updates, bug fixes, fast response to new feature requests.

Don't you change the software, you add on top?

Usually on top. Your existing software remains the main system, we add the missing piece externally (integration layer, custom module, web panel). The software's original behavior isn't altered.

The software has no API — is it still possible?

Most of the time, yes. Methods: 1) Database-level read/write (with dealer approval), 2) RPA (a bot using the software automatically), 3) File exchange (CSV, Excel export/import), 4) Web scraping. We determine the right method during discovery.

Does our software vendor's warranty get affected?

No — the layer we add doesn't change the software's core code. Your support contract with the vendor stays valid. For cases where we need to communicate with the reseller, transparency usually avoids problems.

Cost range?

Small module (report, screen, simple integration): $800-2,500. Mid-scope (bridge between two systems, add mobile panel): $2,500-8,000. Large projects (multi-system integration, special industry module): $8,000+. Monthly maintenance: $150-450 range.

Do you host the development?

Two options: 1) Install on your server/cloud account, control stays with you. 2) Host on our Cloudflare/Vercel account, monthly SaaS model. Most customers prefer option 1 — for independence.
