Frequently Asked Questions
Isn't Logo's official integration catalog enough?
Standard integrations are fine (food delivery, Trendyol). But custom workflows (multi-warehouse, special discount matrices, campaign rules) need custom integration.
Risk of damaging Logo?
No. We use XML service/API for read/write whenever possible. Direct database writes only when required, isolated tables, reversible format.
Logo license cost?
Logo license is yours (bought from a Logo dealer). We only write integration on top — no license cost from us.
Maintenance cadence?
Logo version updates 2-4 times/year. Our updates for API changes are included (with a monthly maintenance contract).
