Modular Development — Step by Step
We don't build everything at once — we start with your business priorities. Typical module sequence:
Phase 1 (1-2 months): Customer & account management, basic quote/order, invoicing, reports. Start using immediately.
Phase 2 (2-3 months): Stock management, warehouse module, sales commission calculation, campaign and discount rules.
Phase 3 (3-6 months): Production planning, recipe management, cost analysis, work order tracking (for manufacturing).
Phase 4 (on demand): HR module (staff, leave, payroll), project management, customer portal, quality control, BI dashboards.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will it be as advanced as Salesforce/HubSpot?
On core functions yes, often better (tailored to your workflow). The ecosystem (pre-built integrations) isn't as wide. Usually our software is more practical — no bloat.
Cost?
Equivalent to or slightly less than 12-24 months of SaaS total cost. One-off development + monthly maintenance. After that no license fees, unlimited users.
What about our old Excel/Word files?
Data migration service included. Excel lists, customer records, past orders — all migrated to the new system.
Do we manage it after launch?
Two options: 1) Training and you manage, 2) Monthly maintenance contract and we manage. You can switch between them.
