Is Tableau / Power BI needed?
For most SMBs Looker or Metabase suffices. Tableau/Power BI licensing is expensive, for enterprise/banking needs. We recommend what fits you.
Who builds the reports?
We do during initial setup. Then you can modify (Metabase is easy). Monthly 2-4 hour support package for continuous improvement.
