Which Data Sources, How They Combine
Step 1: Map your data sources. Which systems produce data? Marketplaces, invoicing, GA4 web traffic, Meta Ads, your own CRM, inventory — etc.
Step 2: ETL pipeline. Pull from every source into a central warehouse (PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Supabase) on a daily/hourly schedule.
Step 3: Dashboard design. We identify your critical KPIs (typically: revenue, profit, customer acquisition cost, top-margin products, channel performance, days of inventory). Role-based views per executive (CEO sees all, sales head sees only sales).
Tech: Metabase (open source, free), Looker Studio (Google, free), or custom React/Vue dashboard. We pick what fits.

Why custom when Klipfolio/Geckoboard exist?

Data on your own infrastructure (AWS/Azure/Cloudflare) or ours — your choice. Encrypted storage, per-user access logging, full audit trail.
How do we move off Excel?
We review your existing Excel reports, classify what can be automated, identify missing metrics. We can also embed Excel exports inside the dashboard.
Who uses the dashboard?
Anyone we train. Managers get 'read-only' role — just opens and views. Analysts get 'edit' role — can build new charts.
